Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Listrino ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of service

Listrino is an AI-powered platform that analyses guest reviews and listing data from Airbnb and Booking.com. It generates prioritized action plans to help hosts improve their search rankings, guest satisfaction, and revenue. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or share your account with third parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans, analyses, and billing

Free tier: You may generate one (1) analysis at no cost, with no credit card required. This is a one-time lifetime allowance, not a monthly allowance.

Paid plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Current plan pricing:

• Pro — $14/month or $140/year (3 property)
• Business — $39/month or $390/year (25 properties)

Analyses are allocated as monthly credits that reset on your billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.

Extra analyses: Additional analyses can be purchased in packs of 5 for $9. Purchased analyses do not expire and are not subject to monthly resets.

Property slots: Each plan includes a fixed number of property slots. Slots are permanent — deleting a property does not free a slot. You cannot add more properties than your plan allows.

Renewals: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service by automated means
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written consent
• Circumvent plan limits by cycling property slots, creating multiple accounts, or other means

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all property information and listing data you provide to Listrino. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your listing data to train AI models in ways that could identify you or your property.

7. Intellectual property

The Listrino platform, brand, AI models, and all generated report formats are our exclusive property. Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish reports without our consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the recommendations provided will result in any specific improvement to your listings, rankings, or revenue. AI-generated recommendations are advisory only and should be exercised with your own professional judgement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listrino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Listrino is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
